Overview/Description
The Administering SQL Server 2012 course provides technology professionals the fundamentals to install, optimize, protect, and recover a SQL Server environment. Along with the typical database administration topics, such as securing databases and troubleshooting poor performance, this course also covers new high availability elements to SQL Server 2012. These topics include AlwaysOn Availability Groups and Multi-Subnet Clustering.
- Prerequisites
- Candidates for the exam should have one to two years of experience using SQL Server, any version. Students who are not taking the exam but are interested in learning about SQL Server should have previous experience in database environments.
