Overview/Description
Six Sigma and Lean are business process improvement methodologies. When used together, they are called Lean Six Sigma and can become a transformational process improvement strategy that enables a system of process control and process design to supercharge your business. This course covers concepts and basic methods for measurement system analysis and GR and R studies. This course is aligned to the ASQ Body of Knowledge, and is designed to assist Yellow Belt candidates toward achieving their certification.
