A key part of Lean process improvement is the process control phase, which aims to ensure that agreed actions for the new process design are being carried out correctly and consistently. This course covers common Lean Six Sigma control tools used in business process improvement projects such as control plans. You’ll also learn about control charts, how they're developed, and how they’re used to monitor process performance. Finally, you’ll find out why documentation is so important to maintaining process control. This course is aligned with ASQ’s 2015 Six Sigma Yellow Belt Body of Knowledge.
