Overview/Description
Business process improvement must be monitored and controlled to ensure the gains aren’t lost. This takes place in the Control phase of a Lean or Lean Six Sigma domain process. Once you analyze and approve your processes to desired levels, you need to monitor and control them over an extended period of time. This helps drive process improvement, process control, and process design. In this course, you'll learn how to choose, construct, and use a control chart, which is the most common tool used for statistical process control, or SPC. This course also explores how to interpret control charts. This course is aligned with ASQ’s 2015 Six Sigma Green Belt Body of Knowledge.
