You will then examine Client Access services in Exchange, Client Access Rule components, and using the Exchange Management Shell to create Client Access Rules. Next, you will look at troubleshooting connectivity issues, and the benefits of load balancing. Examine virtual directories including how to configure their properties, and external URLs for Outlook, as well as troubleshooting virtual directories. Learners will see a demonstration of how to create a web mailbox policy using the Exchange admin center, and how to remove a web mailbox policy from a mailbox.
