ANURANJITA KUMAR

 Anuranjita is a human resource veteran with over twenty-six years of experience working across the globe managing various assignments, including senior human resource roles in Asia, North America, and Europe through her stints at the Royal Bank Of Scotland and Citibank. Before joining RBS, she was the Head of Human Resources for Citi, South Asia. She is equipped with first-hand cross-cultural experience as a woman in the global corporate world and has deep-seated knowledge about the working culture and dynamics in various countries.   

Anu has now joined IndusCap Ventures as an operating partner where she is engaged in the investment and operations of early-stage companies. Her seasoned experience is being leveraged for growth and development for the new start-up ecosystem. She has a keen interest in issues related to cross-border migration, diversity, and racism. Ally Watson is founder and CEO of Code Like a Girl. A backend .NET developer by trade, Ally has always loved working in tech. Through both her love for the field, but also experiencing the isolation and barriers associated with being a woman in a male-dominated industry, Ally was inspired to look for ways to form strong connections and female friendships when she moved to Australia. This led ultimately to the creation of Code Like a Girl, an award-winning social enterprise that focuses on making tech accessible, inclusive, open and most importantly, fun!
