Overview/Description

This 13-video course allows learners to explore Microsoft 365 collaboration features and Office 365 deployment, as part of preparations for the Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) exam. In this course, you will hear detailed discussion of Office 365 deployment consideration, along with descriptions of the various ways Office 365 enables collaboration, including collaboration with Office 365 groups, Dynamics 365, and email collaboration. Learn about Deploy and Dynamics 365, a suite of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions that includes customer resource management (CRM). Learn more about creating groups with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Yammer, or Planner; about Outlook, Microsoft’s e-mail client; and about the three Office 365 business plans and their various monthly costs and features. A concluding exercise asks learners to explain Office 365 plans and collaboration; describe the three Office 365 plans for business and the four Office 365 plans for enterprises; discuss the three Office 365 update channels; explain ways to collaborate with Office 365 Groups; and describe four ways to collaborate with Outlook.
